A new international organization has been established to promote and support the professions of condominium management.
The International Association of Property Managers and Condominium Administrators (AISGC) officially announced its creation on May 19, 2026, with the ambition of bringing together professionals from the sector on a global scale.
Headquartered in Paris, this non-profit organization aims to enhance the recognition of the property management profession, increase its appeal to future generations, and encourage the exchange of best practices among member countries.
AISGC is also committed to analyzing national legal frameworks in order to support the evolution of regulations governing the sector, which is playing an increasingly important role in addressing the challenges of the energy transition, digitalization, and legal modernization.
From its inception, the association has embraced an international governance structure. Its Executive Board includes representatives from France, Quebec, Portugal, Morocco, and Belgium. Morocco is represented by Tarik Zniber, who serves as Secretary General and a distinguished member of the association.
The founding team also includes Charles Bohbot, a lawyer specializing in condominium law. Discussions are already underway with delegations from Italy, Galicia, and Tunisia to further expand the association’s international membership.
According to Gilles Frémont, AISGC’s first President, the objective is clear: to restore the prestige of a profession that plays a vital role in the day-to-day management of residential buildings while embracing the challenges of the future.
Through its future symposia, comparative legal studies, and institutional positions, AISGC aims to become a leading international voice for property managers and condominium administrators.
