International institutional relations

AISGC acts as a key interlocutor with public institutions, regulatory authorities, professional organizations, and international stakeholders involved in condominium management.

Through its international network, the association promotes constructive exchanges between industry professionals and decision-makers in order to contribute to the development of public policies, the improvement of regulatory frameworks, and the recognition of the essential role of property managers and condominium administrators.

The association also encourages cooperation between member organizations and institutional partners in order to promote sustainable solutions addressing current challenges in collective housing, energy transition, and the modernization of professional practices.
