The establishment of the International Association of Condominium Managers and Property Management Professionals (AISGC) was officially published in the Official Journal of the French Republic on May 5, 2026, under Announcement No. 1627. This publication constitutes the official legal recognition of the association and marks the launch of its activities at the international level.

Officially registered with the Paris Police Prefecture on April 29, 2026, AISGC was founded to promote the condominium management profession, foster international cooperation, share professional best practices, and contribute to the advancement of the sector worldwide.
