History & Foundation
The International Association of Condominium Managers and Property Management Professionals (AISGC) was established in 2026 through the initiative of several professional organizations and industry experts specializing in condominium property management. In response to the evolving real estate landscape and the diversity of regulatory frameworks across countries, its founders sought to create an organization dedicated to fostering international cooperation and the exchange of expertise.
AISGC was founded with the ambition of bringing together condominium property management professionals around a shared vision. Its mission is to promote best practices, encourage the exchange of knowledge and experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of professional standards in condominium management and administration.
The association was established by representatives from France, Quebec, Portugal, Morocco, and Belgium. By combining their expertise and experience, they aimed to strengthen the profession, build lasting international partnerships, and promote excellence in condominium property management.
Officially registered in Paris on April 29, 2026, and published in the Official Journal on May 5, 2026, AISGC continues to expand its international presence. Today, it is committed to building a global professional network founded on innovation, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the advancement of the condominium management profession.
